When you contact Tails of Philly, a staff member will arrange a pre-service consult (PSC) at your home shortly before your pet’s first visit. A PSC typically takes 20-30 minutes and allows us the opportunity to meet you and your pets, get acclimated to the space, answer any questions you may have, collect new client paperwork, get a spare key, and finalize our agreement.
We provide walks and visits morning, midday, evening and overnight 365 days a year! Even if you are not leaving home, there may be instance where we can be of service. Unusual working hours or lengthy illnesses may make it difficult to properly care for your pet. Please contact us to discuss how we may help.
